By using our website, booking a session, joining a membership, purchasing a product, attending an event, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About GQHS
Global Quantum Healing Sanctuary™ provides advanced holistic wellness services, quantum frequency therapy, energy balancing, brain optimization support, remote wellness sessions, in-person sessions, holistic beauty support, wellness memberships, events, and personalized wellness protocols. Our services are designed to support natural balance, wellness, vitality, and personal optimization.
2. Not Medical Advice
GQHS provides holistic wellness services. We do not provide emergency medical care, medical diagnosis, surgery, prescription medication, psychiatric treatment, veterinary diagnosis, or licensed medical treatment unless specifically stated by a properly licensed professional. Our services are not a substitute for care from a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, veterinarian, or other qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor, licensed healthcare provider, or veterinarian before starting, stopping, or changing any medical treatment, medication, supplement, or health plan. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately. If your animal is experiencing an emergency, contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Every person and animal is different. Results from holistic wellness, quantum frequency therapy, energy work, brain optimization, remote sessions, beauty treatments, or natural wellness protocols may vary. Testimonials, client stories, and examples on our website reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results. We do not promise, guarantee, or warrant any specific physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, beauty, performance, or wellness outcome.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services, purchase products, or join memberships. If services are requested for a minor, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and remain responsible for all decisions, payments, and communications. For animal wellness support, the animal’s owner or authorized caretaker must request the service.
5. Consultations and Appointments
Appointments may be offered virtually, remotely, or in person by reservation only. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking or receiving services. GQHS may refuse, reschedule, or cancel services if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or inappropriate for our services. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by GQHS.
6. Remote Wellness Sessions
Remote sessions may be provided through phone, WhatsApp, video call, email, or other communication methods. You understand that remote wellness sessions are holistic and energetic in nature. They are not emergency services and should not be used as a replacement for urgent medical, psychological, or veterinary care. You are responsible for ensuring you have a safe environment, working internet or phone access, and any needed support during a remote session.
7. On-Call Healing Membership
The On-Call Healing Membership may include remote wellness support, priority communication, on-demand frequency sessions, and personalized ongoing optimization. Membership benefits, pricing, access rules, response times, and availability may vary and may be updated from time to time. The membership does not guarantee immediate response at every moment, emergency care, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, medication, surgery, or replacement for professional healthcare. GQHS reserves the right to pause, limit, or terminate membership access if a member abuses the service, makes unsafe requests, fails to pay, or violates these Terms.
8. Payments
You agree to pay all fees for services, memberships, products, events, or consultations at the time and in the manner requested by GQHS. Prices may change at any time unless you already have a confirmed purchase or written agreement. Third-party payment processors may be used. GQHS is not responsible for payment processor errors, delays, declined transactions, or third-party fees.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis unless a separate written policy is provided at the time of purchase. Digital services, completed sessions, memberships, custom protocols, event tickets, and downloadable materials may be non-refundable. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible. GQHS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments, events, or services due to availability, safety concerns, emergencies, technical issues, or business reasons.
10. Products and Store Purchases
If GQHS offers products through its store, product descriptions, pricing, availability, and shipping details may change without notice. Products are provided for wellness support only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You are responsible for reading product details, ingredients, usage instructions, warnings, and any applicable restrictions before use.
11. Events and Workshops
Events, workshops, and community programs may be offered virtually or in person. Event schedules, speakers, topics, locations, and availability may change. GQHS may cancel or reschedule events when necessary. By attending an event, you agree to behave respectfully and follow any event rules, safety guidance, or participation requirements.
12. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own health, wellness decisions, and use of our services. You agree to provide accurate information, ask questions before booking if you are unsure, follow safety instructions, seek medical, psychological, or veterinary care when needed, not use our services for emergencies, not stop medical treatment without consulting a qualified professional, and use our website and services lawfully and respectfully.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, graphics, logos, designs, images, videos, service names, protocols, methods, written materials, and branding are owned by or licensed to GQHS unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. The name Global Quantum Healing Sanctuary™ and related branding may not be used without permission.
14. Website Use
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt the website, copy or scrape website content without permission, submit false or abusive information, use our website or services to harass or harm others, or interfere with bookings, payments, events, memberships, or communications. We may restrict access to our website or services if these Terms are violated.
15. Testimonials and Reviews
If you submit a testimonial, review, photo, video, or success story, you give GQHS permission to use it for website, social media, advertising, educational, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may edit testimonials for length, spelling, or clarity, but we will not intentionally change the meaning. You may request removal of your testimonial by contacting us.

Our website may link to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, social media pages, event tools, video call platforms, or booking systems. GQHS is not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, content, errors, or security practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GQHS, its owners, practitioners, team members, contractors, partners, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, memberships, events, products, or communications. You understand and agree that holistic wellness services involve personal responsibility and individual variation. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to GQHS for the specific service or product related to the claim.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GQHS, its owners, practitioners, team members, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of any information, product, membership, event, or service.
